Aionics OÜ ("we", "us", "our") operates the GulpGulp mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information when you use GulpGulp.
All personal health data — including doses, symptoms, weight, body measurements, progress photos, hydration, and protein logs — is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. We do not operate servers that store your health data. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (e.g., a PDF wellness report shared via the iOS share sheet).
We do not collect, transmit, or store:
• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
• Health data, medication details, weight, symptoms, or photos
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
There are no user accounts. There is no analytics SDK. There are no third-party trackers. There are no advertising frameworks.
With your explicit permission, GulpGulp can read weight and activity data from Apple Health, and write weight entries back to Apple Health. This data stays on your device and within Apple's Health ecosystem. We never access HealthKit data without your consent, and you can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data mining purposes, in compliance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive, process, or store your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials.
If you enable notifications, GulpGulp uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to deliver local dose reminders and hydration notifications. These notifications are generated and scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to our servers.
We may introduce additional features such as an AI wellness companion or cloud sync in future updates. Any such features will be described in an updated privacy policy before launch. No data will be shared with external services without your explicit consent.
Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, GDPR data subject rights — including access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and the right to object — are exercised directly on your device. You can:
• View all your data within the app
• Export your data via PDF report
• Delete all app data by uninstalling GulpGulp
Our legal basis for any data processing is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time.

GulpGulp is not intended for use by children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data through the App, please contact us.
Your data is protected by iOS device encryption and Apple's security framework. When your device is locked, your health data is encrypted at rest. We recommend enabling a device passcode or Face ID/Touch ID for maximum protection.
GulpGulp does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service interaction is with Apple's App Store (for purchases) and Apple's HealthKit (with your permission).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available in the App (under Concierge > Legal) and on our website. We will notify users of significant changes through an App update.
