By downloading, installing, or using GulpGulp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Aionics OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GulpGulp on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.
GulpGulp is a personal wellness journal. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. It does not replace professional medical care. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any decisions about your medication, dosage, or health regimen.
Features such as the medication level chart and wellness insights are for general informational and motivational purposes only. They are based on published pharmacokinetic data but are not clinically validated for individual use and should not be used for medical decision-making.
The dose tracking, symptom logging, and adherence features are journaling tools — they record what you choose to enter and do not constitute clinical monitoring.
GulpGulp offers the following in-app purchase options:
• GulpGulp Pro Monthly: $3.99/month (auto-renewable)
• GulpGulp Pro Yearly: $29.99/year (auto-renewable)
• GulpGulp Pro Lifetime: $49.99 (one-time purchase)
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed in the App.
You own your data. All health data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it. Deleting the App permanently removes all local data. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App in any manner that could damage or impair its functionality
The App, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is the property of Aionics OÜ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The GulpGulp name, logo, and visual design are trademarks of Aionics OÜ.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIONICS OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF GULPGULP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR PROFITS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aionics OÜ and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through an App update.
