Go to the Dose tab, select your strength, choose your injection site (for injectable medications), and tap "Confirm Dose". For oral medications like Rybelsus, the injection site map is replaced with dosing instructions.
The Biome tab shows a daily check-in card at the top. Tap it to log your weight, symptoms (nausea, fatigue, constipation, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, heartburn), appetite, and mood. It takes less than 30 seconds and builds your wellness streak.
Yes! During onboarding, you can enter your dose history including different strengths at each titration step. GulpGulp creates historical entries so your streak and charts start right.
GulpGulp supports all major GLP-1 medications: Ozempic, Wegovy, Wegovy HD, Rybelsus, Wegovy (tablet), Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, and Victoza. You can also add custom or compounded medications.
Yes. All your health data is stored locally on your device. We don't have servers that store your data. There are no user accounts, no analytics, and no third-party trackers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. GulpGulp can read and write weight data with Apple Health. You can connect during onboarding or later in the Vitals tab or Settings. The connection is optional and can be revoked at any time.
Pro unlocks additional features: medication level visualization, personalized wellness insights, PDF wellness reports for doctor visits, and full history charts. Available as a monthly ($3.99), yearly ($29.99), or lifetime ($49.99) purchase.
Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. If you have an active subscription or lifetime purchase on your Apple ID, Pro features will be restored automatically.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > GulpGulp Pro > Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Go to Settings > Export PDF Report (Pro feature). Select a date range and tap Generate. The report includes dose history, weight chart, symptom summary, and body measurements. Share it via email, AirDrop, or any iOS sharing option.
No. GulpGulp is a personal wellness journal. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult your healthcare provider about your medication and health decisions.
Since all data is stored on your device, uninstalling GulpGulp permanently deletes all data. You can also reset the app via Settings > Developer > Restart Onboarding (in debug builds).
